Key Responsibilities
CrossTeam Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact between the Indian marketing
team and global teams ensuring effective communication and coordination across time zones.
Work Closely with Global Marketing Operations Lead: Collaborate sidebyside with the
Global Marketing Operations Lead to ensure smooth alignment of tasks processes and project
completions across the entire marketing function.
Training & Support for Marketing Teams: Provide resources training and tools to support the
performance of global marketing teams ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Process Optimization: Streamline marketing processes document workflows and continuously
improve operational efficiency to ensure timely project delivery.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors social media managers and brand
ambassadors to ensure campaigns are costeffective and resultsdriven.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) identify trends
and adjust marketing strategies to enhance performance.
