looking for a progressive and experienced control systems engineer to take a lead role on significant water and wastewater automation and control system design and implementation projects for water and wastewater utility clients across the USA and to be part of EMAs Engineering practice leadership team. You will play an integral role in client management teams and work closely with operators maintainers managers and engineers to ensure their needs are incorporated and the clients goals are achieved. You will also help develop the technical and project management skills of less experienced engineers and will have plenty of opportunities to build your own skills by working with and learning from other experienced subject matter experts in system design and implementation networking telemetry equipment selection and procurement construction supervision and project management. At the same time you will be contributing fresh ideas and perspectives to projects and developing innovative solutions. You will facilitate workshops prepare deliverables and technical reports and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences. You will also make important contributions to help utilities improve their operations sustain their systems and consistently produce and share quality data.
Requirements:
- Registered Professional Engineer in the United States by examination or able to obtain PE registration within 12 months
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years relevant control systems design and/or system implementation experience and progressive Project Management experience
