Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of inroom dining services including order taking preparation and delivery
- Ensure prompt courteous and professional service is provided to guests at all times
- Monitor the quality of food and beverages served ensuring they meet Mvenpicks standards
- Train and mentor inroom dining members ensuring they are knowledgeable and efficient in their roles
- Manage inventory and ensure the availability of necessary supplies
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any service issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain cleanliness sanitation and organization of work areas and equipment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within food and beverage service preferably in a hotel setting
- Strong understanding of inroom dining operations and guest service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in both Thai and English; additional languages are a plus
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
