Job Title: Customer Service Representative Dutch Speaker
Location: Lisbon Portugal (OnSite)
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational Shifts)
- Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
- Days Off: 2 days rotational
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Dutchspeaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon. In this role you will be responsible for assisting customers by handling inquiries providing support and delivering a positive service experience. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Address customer concerns via phone email and chat ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently escalating when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to company guidelines and procedures to meet quality standards.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Dutch with a strong command of English.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and rotational shifts.
- Problemsolving skills and a positive customeroriented attitude.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Meal Allowance: 7.23 per working day
- Transport Allowance: 20 per month
