Overview / Summary:
We are looking for a SAP Business Analyst that will be directly reporting to the Procurement & Performance Accounting & Payments Team Leader and must have experience in SAP implementation (tests and migration) Purchase to Pay processes and accounting solutions. The candidate should have proven business analysis methodology knowledge in both accounting and processes definition in large companies and in an international environment. The focus will be to ensure the proper definition and implementation of new accounting processes in the Group SAP Platform and to perform tests of the solution. After the Go Live the candidate will participate to the aftercare of the project and will build the support and maintenance activities for the new accounting processes and modules. The processes deployed will be related to purchase to pay project codes asset accounting and finance processes supported by the following SAP modules: SAP FICO AA PS.
Main Tasks:
- Ensure proper functional analysis and support of different modules of the application (e.g. FICO AA PS) in line with the Source to Pay Core Model;
- Identify and monitor interdependencies between various application implementation activities and performing the necessary planning followups with IT development teams;
- Define Test Scenarios perform the tests and support UAT with business key users;
- Provide functional support to business lines on the right use of the tool including the production of the necessary functional documentation and conducting training sessions for key users or for other business analysts of the team;
- Participate to the definition of new accounting processes wihtin SAP.
Technical Skills:
- Degree in Finance Information Systems and/ or Business Management related
- Knowledge of SAP FICO Asset Accounting (AA) and Project Systems (PS);
- Knowledge on Project management methodologies is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Language Skills
- English C2

- At least 3/4 years of relevant experience with international mindset;
- Quick selfstarter proactive attitude with ability to work in a fast changing environment and with international location;
- Team player; Autonomy and commitment;
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and with international locations; Strong communication skills (spoken & written);
- Strong analytical mind problem solving planning & organisation skills.
