What it means to be a Operations Leadat Redeploy Run

As a Operations Lead you will take lead and ensure the success of our Cloud Operations team and Managed Service offering. This is an important role that combines leadership customer relationship management and technical oversight to drive outstanding outcomes for our customers.

Job responsibilities and tasks will include:

  • Oversee the delivery of our operations services on Azure AWS and Kubernetes platforms ensuring alignment with agreed SLAs and customer expectations.
  • People Management responsibility ofa team of skilled engineers providing mentorship conducting performance reviews and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Act as the primary contact to build and maintain strong relationships with customers manage escalations and ensure their needs are met with excellence.
  • Drive continuous improvement and implement strategies to optimize processes enhance service quality and achieve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with customers who often work in agile environments ensuring smooth integration and delivery in iterative processes.
  • Maintain Operational Standards which includes monitoring performance metrics managing resources and ensuring adherence to best practices in cloud management security and governance.
  • Support the sales process targeting both new and existing customers.

What experiences do you bring

  • IT Operations experience preferably with managing operations on Azure and/or AWS including infrastructure management incident response and optimizing cloud environments.
  • Experience in managing and developing teams including performance reviews and mentorship.
  • Experienced in working directly and with multiple customers handling escalations and ensuring satisfaction through clear communication and delivery.
  • Knowledge of ITIL principles and experience managing delivery processes in a structured environment.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and navigating the complexities of services and customer requirements and expectations.
  • Familiarity with agile principles and practices with the ability to adapt to and collaborate effectively in agile environments.
  • Great communication skills both verbal and written in Swedish and English.

Location

This role is for our officelocated in central Stockholm at Torsgatan 4. Because of the nature of this role we see that you spend most of your working days at the office but do encourage a mix of inperson and remote work to foster innovation and support worklife balance (and like to have fun together).
