Job Description
JOB ROLE
A new opportunity at our recently reopened Hoboken NJ location for Project Managers. We are staffing our office on the waterfront at the NJ Transit/Hudson County Light rail/PATH station and Hudson Ferry Terminal fifty steps from all station platforms.
Active in commercial office mixeduse residential industrial/logistics health and hospital education as well as urban design/planning and redevelopment work for existing and repositioned sites across the tristate. Our staff is slated to expand in the next six months with positions available in Hoboken this fall.
We are actively seeking:
Project Managers 710 years of professional experience is required a masters degree in architecture is preferred.
Members of the Leadership team on a casebycase basis Senior PMs and Junior PMs are tasked with the overall management of client and project demands day to day. These areas of work include client communications project records project documents including programming sheets design and technical drawings specifications budgets bid reviews field notes payment applications etc.
