Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Business Development Trainees to join our team in the IT services industry. As a Business Development Trainee you will have the opportunity to gain handson experience and develop skills in various aspects of the business including client relationship management account management lead generation client acquisition vendor management project bidding and pipeline management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.

Requirements:
  • Identifying business opportunities in global and domestic markets
  • Actively seek out potential leads and new client acquisition through various online channels (Linkedin Sales Navigator social media and online bidding)
  • Demonstrating the attributes of the companys services and guiding potential clients
  • Understanding and analyzing business & technical requirements from clients
  • Relationship management and client engagement with existing and potential clients
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

Qualifications:
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn sales Lifecycle and business development
  • Should have a brief idea of the latest software development tech stack in the market
  • Selfstarter with the ability to work independently in a fastchanging environment
  • Team player with strong analytical and client management skills.
