Job Description
Sales Support Keeping track of the invoices and orders
- Preparing monthly reports.
- Payments follow up.
- Liaise with John CraneBangalore
- Travel required but not frequently.
- MIS reports and monthly forecast
- Payment recovery close review of outstanding statement
- Submission of write off forms review of late delivery.
Office Administrative
- Electricity Bills Telephone bills Internet Service and taking up any complaints with regard to these services.
- Vendor registrations
- Settling Bills related to regular office maintenance.
- Taking care of annual property taxes pollution control certificates NOCs applicable and guardian to important documents (rent agreement factory layout documents related to Cranes lifts and machines).
- Arranging annual sales meets product training finding out suitable venues after cost comparison.
- Sales Support

Qualifications :
- Any graduate with minimum 3 years of experience in similar role
- The proficiency / expertise in SAP modules & Excel is must.
- SelfStarter Team Player with welldeveloped interpersonal skills.
- Must be a candidate from the area with fluency in local language.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Must be a candidate from surrounding area with fluency in local language.
- Support safe workplace cultures and compliance with Smiths EH&S
