Job Description
Open Position: Global Learning Designer (MNC Manufacturing Company)
A MNC Manufacturing Company is looking for Global Learning Designer to be based in Selangor.
Key requirements include:
Work with stakeholders to identify learning objectives and outcomes for online learning experiences.
Develop online classes that are in line with learning outcomes identified.
Assess gaps in training material and make recommendations for enhancements.
Create simulations modules for self learning via Learning Management Systems.
Work with global team to come out with learning materials.
Degree in OD change management or related.
Portfolio of learning experiences and assets like online tutorials etc.
Extensive experience with Articulate 360 Adobe Captivate or similar.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with text to speak AI engines.
Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud.
Knowledge of JavaScript HTML and CSS.
