Job Description
Open Position: Production Manager (MNC Food Manufacturing Company)
A MNC Food Manufacturing Company is looking for Production Manager to take on leadership in operation based in Selangor.
Key requirements include:
Optimize manpower and equipment use to achieve set production yield and on time delivery of finished products.
Monitor activities in production to achieve maximum production output and reduce wastage to save costs.
Drive improvement in process at all times by using best practices and change management process.
Involved in organization chart arrangement and recruitment of team members.
Strong leadership skills to delegate tasks to the right personnel.
Strong in food quality audit standards.
Excellent written and spoken English.
