Job Description
Tasks
- Engage with existing and potential players to encourage activity and loyalty.
- Reactivate dormant accounts through personalized outreach and tailored offers.
- Promote products and services identifying upselling opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with players providing toptier support and guidance.
- Achieve sales and reactivation targets while ensuring player satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bilingual or Native French OR Spanish speaker with excellent communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in online support sales or Forex.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Already based in Cyprus (relocation not provided).
- Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus but not essential.
