Job Description
Our client a fastgrowing and innovative player in the iGaming space is looking for a visionary Product Leader who is passionate about shaping the future of online gambling while delivering innovative datadriven product strategies.
Location: Limassol CY
Type: Office fulltime relocate
Start date: ASAP
About the Role:
The ideal candidate has experience as a part of a big company (gambling) white labels game providers company with flexible approaches company that has ambitions for growth; the person should want to be a driver not the one who os looking for a lifework balance; the person should have an eye on the products that are desired by customers for the features that would make people want to play.
Team: CPO will have to set up a team.
CPO will be focusing internally on the working with brands and features externally on the partners on different platforms.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with the CEO and senior management to define and align a midtolongterm product vision ensuring a clear strategic direction for all product development teams
- Establish and oversee processes roadmaps and strategies to guarantee seamless product delivery aligned with the companys overarching vision
- Leverage market insights customer feedback and product performance data to define consumer metrics and KPIs guiding the marketing team in ongoing product improvement
- Build and develop a highperforming team by hiring exceptional talents nurturing future leaders and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and inspiring crossfunctional collaboration
- Ensure all products meet the highest quality standards operating flawlessly with minimal errors and maintaining consistent performance
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Chief Product Officer with extensive knowledge of online casinos
- Strong grasp of key casino metrics such as GGR NGR RTP RR C2R/R2D LVT and Bonus Cost/Rate
- Demonstrated ability to craft and execute product strategies and roadmaps that drive business growth and innovation
- Deep understanding of customer behavior and market trends to inform decisionmaking and maintain a competitive edge
- Exceptional leadership and management capabilities fostering collaboration and high performance across crossfunctional teams
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) with native or fluent proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian
- Comfortable navigating the challenges of a rapidly evolving industry and company environment
