Job Description

Construction Analyst (Calera AL ) Duration 3 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support as assigned to assist the Grid Investment Construction (GIC) team.
  • Invoice Auditing & Reconciliation: Handle invoice auditing and reconciliation for Grid Investment programs. Ensure invoices have proper supporting documentation by coordinating with GIC contractors and inspectors as needed.
  • Accrual Preparation: Prepare monthly accruals for Grid Investment programs.
  • Project Data & Metrics Review: Participate in the review and analysis of project data and metrics including production reports and status updates as needed.
  • Expense Tracking & Budget Management: Track project expenses and assist in managing project budgets.
  • Construction Documentation Organization: Assist in organizing constructionrelated documentation.
  • Contract Administration Support: Support the Team Leader in contract administration tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Construction project management and/or construction administrative experience is required.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Intermediate or greater proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Preferred Experience:
    • CAMP experience is a plus.
    • JETS experience is a plus.
    • Fiber experience is a plus.
    • Distribution experience is a plus.
    • Utility experience is a plus.
