Profile: Site Engineer
Experience: 02 to 03 years
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the installation of solar panels inverters mounting structures and other equipment on site.
Ensure that all work is carried out safely and in accordance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Monitor project progress and ensure that it is completed on time and within budget.
Work closely with other engineers technicians and contractors to ensure that the project is delivered to the required quality standards.
Conduct site inspections and tests to ensure that the solar system is operating correctly and efficiently.
Prepare reports and documentation on project progress and technical specifications.
Liaise with customers and stakeholders to ensure that their needs and requirements are met.
Manage and supervise the work of other engineers technicians and contractors on site.
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Mechanical or Renewable Energy Engineering or related field
Minimum of 34 years of experience in solar project installation and management
Strong knowledge of solar panel installation mounting structures inverters and electrical systems
Familiarity with relevant regulations codes and standards in solar energy
Experience in managing and supervising teams of engineers technicians and contractors
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues on site
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
