Job Summary:
As a Digital Marketing Manager you will play a crucial role in the success & growth of our business. You will be
responsible for planning and delivering digital marketing campaigns across various channels including Web PPC
SEO / SEM Email Social Media Affiliate and Display Advertising as well as suggesting and implementing digi
marketing strategies to increase profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies which will drive customer acquisition and increase our brand awareness.
- Oversee the creation of compelling and relevant content which will be created according to your marketing strategy and assist in publishing the content across multiple platforms including social media email and the company website.
- Manage support & train our current marketing team which includes content creators email marketers SEO team & graphic designers.
- Work closely alongside key partners such as PPC & Affiliate agencies ensuring that everyone is on trend that we are maximising our ROI.
- Conduct thorough analysis of digital marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our digital marketing efforts remain innovative and competitive.
- Measure the performance of your marketing team and conduct regular employment reviews set KPIs and hold regular team meetings.
Requirements
Requirements/Skills Needed:
- Degree in Digital marketing business or related field.
- 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing or similar role.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media SEO email marketing and online advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics AdWords other data analysis tools such as Databox/Looker Studio and social media management tools.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process interviewing mentoring & training your colleagues.
