Join our team in Islamabad as an Operational Manager! Truck It In is looking for someone to oversee the efficient functioning of our lastmile ecommerce delivery service. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations across multiple franchise zones optimizing delivery processes and driving overall business growth. What You Will Do
Oversee operations of multiple franchise zones and ensure compliance with company standards.
Monitor franchise performance metrics and provide operational guidance.
Conduct site visits to identify and address operational improvements.
Manage hub operations including parcel sorting allocation and distribution.
Optimize hub processes to enhance delivery efficiency and ensure quality control.
Recruit train and manage a productive operations team providing feedback and support.
Forecast delivery volumes and resource needs based on historical data.
Develop delivery routes and schedules to optimize efficiency.
Collaborate with franchisees on staffing and vehicle availability.
Build relationships with stakeholders and ensure smooth communication.
Work with the linehaul team on intercity shipments.
What We Are Looking For
A BBA or MBA graduate (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in managing largescale operations preferably in the ecommerce or logistics industry.
Strong understanding of lastmile delivery operations including route optimization fleet management and warehouse management.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proficient in MS Office Suite especially Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
