Job Description
Job Title: Fleet Operations Manager
Location: Karachi Pakistan
We are seeking an experienced Fleet Operations Manager to oversee the efficient and safe operation of our vehicle fleet. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daytoday operations of the fleet ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and implementing costsaving initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the maintenance repair and replacement of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
2. Supervise and train drivers to ensure compliance with safety regulations company policies and traffic laws.
3. Plan and optimize routes to reduce fuel consumption lower emissions and improve delivery times.
4. Ensure adherence to safety protocols regulatory requirements and company policies.
5. Manage fleetrelated expenses including fuel maintenance and insurance.
6. Prepare and submit regular reports on fleet performance safety and compliance.
7. Manage relationships with vendors including fuel suppliers maintenance providers and insurance companies.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in fleet management logistics or a related field.
3. Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
4. Any certifications in fleet management or logistics (preferred).
