The Client Service Officer will act as a liaison between the company and its clients ensuring excellent service delivery and addressing client needs.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone email or inperson.
Resolve client complaints by investigating and providing appropriate solutions.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback.
Provide product and service information to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare reports on client interactions and satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor s degree or HND in Business Administration Communications or a related field.
Experience:
Entry Level: Fresh graduates or NYSC candidates.
Experienced Level: At least 2 years in a clientfacing role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customerfocused mindset with problemsolving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
