Job Description
We are seeking talented HR Executives to join our team in the IT Services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent management employee relations communication skills resource management human resource management corporate HR recruitment talent acquisition and vendor management. The HR Executive will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of the HR department contributing to the overall success of the organization.

- Proven experience in talent management employee relations and human resource management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong resource management and vendor management abilities
- Indepth knowledge of corporate HR practices and recruitment processes
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
Qualifications:
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Eagerness to learn sales Lifecycle and business development
- Should have a brief idea of the latest software development tech stack in the market
- Selfstarter with the ability to work independently in a fastchanging environment
- Team player with strong analytical and client management skills.
