Job Description

Job role:
- Handling customer queries / request and complaints over the call
- Analyze and process transactions accurately & on time.
- Document all transactions completed in a day.
- Make significant contribution towards collecting metrics on processes.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals.
- Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve issues questions and
concerns swiftly.
Should be able to communicate in Fluent English as this job profile involves interaction with
customers from US customers/clients

Requirements
Any Graduate with min 1yr exp in customer service role can apply
Candidate should have excellent english communication
5 days working 2 rotational week off
Should be ok to work in US shift (rotational evening / night)
Work from office Noida location
Both way cab facility will be given
