Job Description
A Hostess is the first point of contact for guests at a restaurant or hospitality establishment. They are responsible for creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for patrons as they enter ensuring a smooth seating experience and managing the reservation system. The Hostess plays a key role in delivering outstanding customer service maintaining a clean and organized frontofhouse environment and supporting the waitstaff and management team.
Qualifications :
Tamayyaz Program is for Saudi Nationals Only.
Open to candidates with little to no work experience including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience.
Basic English skills are a must.
Strong passion for the Hospitality Field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Is a team player that contributes to and proactively assists coworkers.
Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs.
Ability to focus attention on guest needs always remaining calm and courteous.
