Job Description

Filinvest Hotel: Crimson Hotel Filinvest City Manila

The Assistant Front Office Manager at Crimson Hotel Filinvest City Manila plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient daily front office operations. This position supports the Front Office Manager in managing the team maintaining high service standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include supervising front desk activities resolving guest concerns and ensuring proper training and motivation of the front office staff. The role requires strong leadership attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining operational excellence while fostering a welcoming environment for all guests.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Tourism or a related field.
  • At least 35 years of experience in front office operations with at least 12 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and guide staff.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g. Opera PMS) and standard office software.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of front office procedures including checkin/checkout reservations and billing processes.
  • Ability to handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Exceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends holidays and evenings.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written with proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work in Muntinlupa City.
