Job Title: Tax Associate
Location: Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 2000 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tax Associate to join our growing financial operations team. This role focuses on personal and business U.S. taxation and requires a detailoriented individual with strong technical skills and a proactive approach to managing client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file personal and business U.S. tax returns accurately and efficiently.
- Review financial documents and ensure compliance with U.S. tax laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather necessary information for tax filings.
- Utilize ProSystems and Excel for tax preparation and reporting.
- Conduct tax planning and analysis to identify opportunities for savings.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and advise clients accordingly.
Qualifications:
- 35 years of experience in personal and business U.S. taxation.
- Proficiency in ProSystems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in financial analysis and tax planning.
- Familiarity with financial modeling.
- Capability to adapt quickly to new tools and systems.
