About the Role:
We’re seeking a proactive and adaptable Client Success/Account Manager with strong skills in Sales Development (SDR) to join our team. In this role you will act as the bridge between existing leads and successful conversions while ensuring clients’ needs are met with excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Client Success & Account Management
- Build and nurture relationships with founders and key stakeholders.
- Understand and navigate founders’ specific needs offering tailored solutions.
- Manage ongoing accounts addressing challenges with professionalism and expertise.
- Collaborate with clients on campaigns webinars and other initiatives to drive engagement.
- Ensure leads are qualified effectively and transitioned seamlessly to the next stage.
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
- Manage existing leads (no cold outreach) to identify opportunities and drive growth.
- Conduct followups via phone email LinkedIn and other channels.
- Work with a structured playbook to qualify and convert leads.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate and uptodate lead data in the CRM system.
- Coordinate activities related to lead qualification and campaign tracking.
- Provide detailed reports on lead management and conversion metrics.
Qualifications:
MustHaves:
- Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher) with the ability to confidently communicate via phone calls and emails.
- Experience in customer success account management or SDR roles.
- Familiarity with lead management processes including qualification and followup.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for managing challenging client relationships.
- Nativelevel comfort with digital environments and tools.
- Comfortable using dialers LinkedIn and email outreach tools.
NicetoHaves:
- Experience with HubSpot Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Background in running or supporting campaigns and webinars.
- Prior exposure to working with founders or senior executives.
