The Opportunity
Were seeking an experienced and driven Lateral Associate IP Litigation to join a toptier team. This role offers the chance to make an impact by tackling complex intellectual property cases and contributing to groundbreaking litigation efforts. Your skills and expertise will drive success in an everevolving legal landscape.
What Youll Do
- Represent clients in intellectual property and patent litigation matters.
- Develop innovative legal strategies and draft motions briefs and pleadings.
- Manage PTAB disputes and contribute to case preparation for trials or appeals.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to navigate highprofile highstakes cases.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: Law school graduate fromwith prior experience in IP or patent litigation.
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from a top law school. Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering computer engineering computer science mechanical engineering chemical engineering biomedical engineering or similar fields is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong legal research analytical and written communication skills.
- Additional Qualifications: CAFC clerkship and PTAB dispute experience are a plus.
