The Opportunity
Were seeking an experienced and driven Lateral Associate IP Litigation to join a leading team in Denver CO. This role offers the chance to work on complex intellectual property cases and contribute to highprofile litigation efforts. Your skills and expertise will drive success and innovation in the legal field.
What Youll Do
- Represent clients in intellectual property and patent litigation matters.
- Develop effective legal strategies and draft motions briefs and pleadings.
- Handle PTAB disputes and contribute to trial and appeal preparations.
- Collaborate with a skilled team to navigate cuttingedge legal challenges.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: Law school graduate fromwith prior IP or patent litigation experience.
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from a top law school. Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering computer engineering computer science mechanical engineering chemical engineering biomedical engineering or similar fields is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong legal research analytical and communication abilities.
- Additional Qualifications: CAFC clerkship and PTAB dispute experience are considered strong assets.

- Indepth knowledge of IP litigation and patent law principles.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal abilities for team and client interactions.
- Effective written and oral communication for litigation and advocacy purposes.
