The Opportunity
Were seeking an experienced and driven Lateral Associate IP Litigation to join a premier team in Los Angeles CA. This role offers the chance to work on complex intellectual property cases leveraging your expertise to contribute to impactful litigation efforts. Your skills will be integral to advancing the success of the team and clients.
What Youll Do
- Represent clients in highstakes intellectual property and patent litigation matters.
- Develop innovative legal strategies and draft motions briefs and pleadings.
- Manage PTAB disputes and support trial and appeal preparations.
- Collaborate with a talented team to tackle cuttingedge legal challenges.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: Law school graduate fromwith prior IP or patent litigation experience.
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from a top law school. Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering computer engineering computer science mechanical engineering chemical engineering biomedical engineering or similar fields is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong legal research analytical and communication abilities.
- Additional Qualifications: CAFC clerkship and PTAB dispute experience are highly regarded.
