Job Type : Full Time Location : Orlando Florida Pay : Competitive Pay & Benefits! Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Handle commercial litigation and/or fiduciary litigation cases.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Strategically think about case management.
  • Report promptly to clients on the progress of their cases.
  • Maintain accurate and ethical billing practices.
  • Utilize technology and case management systems effectively.
  • Work collaboratively to improve the firm and work environment.

Experience you will need:

  • 3 years of experience in commercial litigation and/or fiduciary litigation.
  • Experience in probate administration and estate planning is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to respond promptly to client communications.
  • Technologically confident with case management systems.
  • Knowledge of Caret/ZolaSuite is a plus.
  • Membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
