The Opportunity
Were seeking an experienced and driven Lateral Associate Labor & Employment to join a prestigious team in Washington D.C. This role focuses primarily on employerside litigation offering the chance to work on significant class and representative actions as well as advisory and investigative matters. Your expertise will play a critical role in shaping client success in a challenging and rewarding legal landscape.

What Youll Do

  • Represent clients in class and representative actions involving wage and hour disputes and discrimination claims.
  • Provide counsel and conduct investigations on labor and employment matters.
  • Develop and execute effective litigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to deliver highquality legal services.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: Law school graduate fromwith at least three years in a peer law firm specializing in labor and employment law. Prior experience in class actions is highly preferred.
  • Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
  • Skills: Expertise in employerside litigation exceptional legal research and writing abilities and effective communication skills.
  • Additional Qualifications: Proven ability to manage complex cases and collaborate within a teamoriented environment.

Your Skillset

  • Deep knowledge of labor and employment law including class and representative actions.
  • Strong litigation and advocacy skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking for effective case management.
  • Excellent communication and clientrelations skills.
