Job Description

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Business Operations and Support Manager to join our team to oversee and manage the operational aspects of a major infrastructure engagement based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operations management preferably within the infrastructure or construction sectors and a strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian business environment.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Manage Internal daytoday operations to ensure the project runs smoothly and efficiently.

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

  • Responsible to manage our subconsultant contracts and internal procurement procedure.

  • Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate project teams with finance and human resources.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with local laws regulations and industry standards.

  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of regulatory changes and their impact on operations.

  • Oversee internal project budgeting forecasting and financial reporting .

  • Monitor project expenditures and optimize resource allocation.

  • Work with the finance team to ensure financial goals are met.

  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and local authorities.

  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders.

What Desired Skills Youll Bring:

  • BSc. or MSc. Degree in a relevant subject is preferred .

  • At least 1 0 years experience in similar positions (HR Finance Operations) .

  • Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian business landscape and regulatory environment .

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Fluency in English is required ; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
