Are you ready to lead sales across EMEA in a fastpaced SaaS environment Mediatool is looking for a Vice President ofSales EMEA to drive growth optimize sales processes and build strong customer relationships in one of our most dynamic markets. Join us and play a pivotal role in scaling our business globally.
What Youll Do:
As VP of Sales EMEA your key responsibilities include:
- Shape revenue strategies to expand market presence generate leads and drive customer success.
- Continuously refine and improve sales processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Recruit mentor and lead a highperforming sales team ensuring they meet ambitious revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the VP Sales North America to align strategies and coordinate crossregional initiatives.
- Oversee pipeline management and provide datadriven insights to Mediatools executive team.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to maintain Mediatools competitive edge.
What Were Looking For:
To excel in this role youll need:
- 10 years in senior sales roles with 5 years in leadership ideally in SaaS or software industries.
- A proven track record in B2B SaaS sales particularly in highgrowth environments.
- Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing successful teams.
- Expertise in sales strategy negotiation and relationship management.
- Exceptional ability to collaborate across functions and regions.
