Job Description
Area: Design Review and Issue management processes
Responsibility:
- Develop Target & Strategy
- Define & Track Roadmap
- Manage Stakeholders
- Perform Business Analysis
- Define Ways of Working
- Define needed Tool Capability
- Prioritize Implementation Order
- Continuous alignment with Digital
- Implement Ways of Working
- Perform Methods info & Training
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading Process development
- User problem solving experience
- Both Project management and Agile mindset ways of project execution
- Very good skills in Business Analysis Business Knowledge Architecture Knowledge and Process Solution Design
- Fluent in English with strong communication/presentation skills
- Creative innovative and proactive team player
