Process and Application Specialist

You will contribute to team business achievements in Circular Economy and Services for Mobility Aftermarket area worldwide.
Unit is Center of Competence (CoC) for regulations on material and product release for different markets and for Remanufacturing at MA as well.

You will coordinate processes and projects in order to support business needs in area of Circular economy primarily Remanufacturing
You will monitor and improve SAP integrated planning system in the field of Supply planning and Product data processes
You will analyze classify and solve system incidents 
You periodically test SAP and other applications and coordinate topics with responsible IT colleagues and other relevant departments 
You will develop and perform periodical revisions of process procedures documentation and instructions for users
You will design and apply the concept of mass data management
You will provide professional support to the team prepare and implement training concepts
You will organize meetings create KPI reports and follow up the status of current projects
You will perform periodical check of process workflows

Qualifications :

Who you are

You have a degree in IT field Digital sciences Engineering Logistic or other suitable fields
You have an experience and understanding of IT system structures and SAP
You have skills in Data management and Mass data reporting (Power BI knowledge is beneficial)
You have knowledge of Project management basics
You have an excellent coordination and communication skills
You have excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
Knowledge of SAP integrated planning process is an advantage
You have proactive approach to problem solving
