As the Sales Director for Germany and DACHSpeaking Regions you will be responsible for driving sales growth and executing DuoKeys gotomarket strategy across Germany German speaking area. Your primary focus will be on building a strong business pipeline driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expanding existing customer relationships. You will need a deep understanding of the cybersecurity market proven experience in sales leadership and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Vos missions
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan for Germany and Germanspeaking regions.
- Identify highpotential prospects and lead complex sales cycles.
- Drive new business sales as well as upsell and crosssell opportunities with existing customers.
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships across the region.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to enhance market presence and sales opportunities.
- Translate DuoKeys innovative encryption solutions to address business challenges for customers.
- Create clear sales objectives perform accurate forecasting and achieve regional sales targets.
- Use consultative sales techniques to drive the adoption of cybersecurity solutions within large enterprises.
- Travel across DACH region and Switzerland as required (approximately 70%).
Vos comptences
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in the IT industry specifically in enterprise cybersecurity software.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets within new business acquisition.
- Experience managing and growing large enterprise accounts.
- Ability to build and execute a successful sales strategy independently.
- Strong knowledge of the cybersecurity market with experience working in highgrowth or startup environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage Clevel executives.
- Fluency in German and English. French is a plus.
- Experience working in or managing sales in DACH region and Switzerland.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
