Job Description
Urgent positions for a Sous chef start IMMEDIATELY
R35000 CTC p/m (neg)
Stellenbosch
PLEASE NOTE: Chefs applying need to reside in the Helderberg/Winelands/Northern suburbs of Cape Town.
Own reliable transport to and from work.
The following requirements are ESSENTIAL: Not Negotiable
- Culinary Diploma
- Preferably / 4 years previous in a senior chef role
- Own transport with valid drivers license
- Leadership and management skills
- Able to work in a team
- Basic computer skills (word excel outlook)
- Exceptional customerservice skills
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings public holidays weekends)
