We are seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Developer to design develop and maintain the ServiceNow HRSD platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HRSD plugins experience with complex workflows and the ability to build intuitive employee service portals that meet dynamic business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• HRSD Development & Maintenance:

  • Design develop and maintain the ServiceNow HRSD platform to support business needs.
  • Implement and customize HRSD plugins such as HR Core HR Integrations and HR Lifecycle Events.
  • Design and develop the Employee Service Portal within the HRSD module using AngularJS and other related technologies.

• Workflow Design & Customization:

  • Develop and implement complex workflows tailored to HRSD processes.
  • Create and customize advanced workflows and custom workflow activities.

• Scripting & Integration:

  • Develop and optimize Business Rules Script Includes UI Actions and Scheduled Jobs.
  • Utilize ServiceNow APIs client and serverside JavaScript and Scripted WebServices (SOAP/REST).
  • Perform MID Server setup and integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise applications.

• Data Management & CMDB:

  • Manage and configure CMDB Asset Management and Discovery.
  • Develop Import Sets Data Sources and Transform Maps.
  • Create Transform Scripts and ensure data integrity.

• Business Requirements & Solutions:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements documenting technical solutions that align with best practices.
  • Research new functionalities and recommend valuedriven solutions to customers.

Technical Skills Required

• HRSD Expertise:

  • HR Core HR Integrations HR Lifecycle Events
  • Employee Service Portal development using AngularJS

• ServiceNow Development:

  • Business Rules Script Includes UI Actions Scheduled Jobs
  • Complex workflows and custom workflow activities

• Integration & Scripting:

  • SOAP/REST APIs AJAX Scripted WebServices and MID Server setup
  • Client and serverside JavaScript

• Data Management:

  • CMDB Asset Management Discovery
  • Import Sets Data Sources Transform Maps Transform Scripts

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience with ServiceNow HRSD platform development and support.
