The Solution Architect is a key contributor to ServiceNow implementation projects responsible for designing solutions that map client business requirements to technical specifications. They work closely with the Project Manager Technical Architect and other team members to ensure successful project delivery. The role may also involve leading multiple engagements simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to analyze and redesign process flows.
- Provide consultative guidance and share best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop detailed functional design documents that align with customer requirements.
- Partner with the Technical Architect to create technical specifications for custom developments and integrations.
- Participate in internal projects and initiatives as required.
- Continuously maintain and update knowledge of ServiceNow through selfstudy and available training.

The ideal candidate will be a selfmotivated professional with a proven track record in ITSM and related technologies capable of thriving in a fastpaced environment.
Required Experience:
- Total Experience: 15 years in IT.
- Relevant Experience: 5 7 years in professional services or customer support operations.
- 3 6 years in ITSM systems integration and/or implementation experience.
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow or other Service Management tools (e.g. BMC Landesk Cherwell Heat Axios HP etc.).
Technical and Functional Expertise:
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive solution designs.
- Knowledge of webbased systems architecture servicebased architecture and enterprise application architecture.
- Experience managing expectations and priorities in complex technical projects.
- Familiarity with project methodologies.

- Expertise in ITSM and nonITSM areas such as HRSD ITBM CSM SecOps and GRC.
