Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assist the setup process of the company & operations (operational processes policies & procedures Standard Operating Procedures staff recruitment
training selection of suppliers local regulatory requirements. Etc)
Develop & Execute the Business Plan
Develop Sales & Marketing efforts for the company to achieve revenue growth secure new clients beyond the project anchor client & expand the 3PL service portfolio
Develop the client & customer relationship through value added initiatives innovative logistics solutions
Provide guidance & direction for productivity & quality improvement projects
Ensure compliance in Environment Health and Safety Financial Systems & Controls
Motivate Direct & Develop the team to achieve their goals & targets
Requirements
Masters degree preferably MBA
Minimum 10 years Experience in Warehousing and transportation
Good English language skills
Logistics Warehouse Management Inventory Management Transport Supply chain Management 3PL 4PL
