This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8:00 am 5:00 pm CaliforniaTime (11:00 PM to 8:00 AM PHT) with an hour unpaid break and two 15minute paid breaks
Responsibilities:
Answering phones and emails
Organizing the clients emails
Organizing the offices documents
Admin tasks
Requirements:
Excellent English and Spanish communication skills
Experienced virtual assistant
Attention to detail
Smart and fastlearner
With own MS Word and PDF viewer is a plus
Legal experience or background is a plus
