As the Digital Marketing Lead you will be responsible for developing implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote our clients products and services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. This is a leadership role that requires experience in managing a team strategic thinking and delivering highperformance campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop execute and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet client objectives.
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team including specialists in SEO PPC content and social media.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns across all channels including but not limited to Google Ads Facebook Ads Instagram LinkedIn TikTok and email marketing.
- Analyze campaign performance track key performance metrics (KPIs) and provide detailed reporting to clients with actionable insights.
- Identify new trends in digital marketing evaluate new technologies and ensure the agency stays ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with other departments (such as design web development and sales) to create cohesive marketing strategies.
- Optimize content for websites and social networking channels to improve visibility and engagement.
- Manage budgets allocate resources effectively and forecast results for campaigns and the digital team.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients ensuring that their marketing needs are being met and exceeded.
- Monitor and enhance the user experience across digital touchpoints.
- Implement automation tools for efficiency in campaigns and lead generation.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide training and mentorship for the digital marketing team to foster growth and development.
Requirements
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
- 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in an agency environment is preferred.
Skills & Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of SEO PPC social media email marketing and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics SEMrush HubSpot).
- Proficiency in advertising platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience in working with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) and marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo Mailchimp).
- Datadriven mindset with excellent analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
Leadership & Communication:
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team to meet and exceed campaign goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client presentations and team collaboration.
Creative & Strategic Thinking:
- Ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns that achieve measurable results.
- Strong project management skills capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Other Requirements:
- Uptodate knowledge of digital marketing trends technologies and best practices.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and conversion optimization strategies.
- Availability to travel for client meetings or industry events if required.
