Im the recruiter for an Insurance Industry Applied Epic Education Training Assistant with a 30year insurance industry business solutions services company
Downers Grove IL location; hybrid schedule

Set up of management system Applied Epic defaults
Managing training emails support/follow ups
Scheduling/Training affiliates/staff onboarding/ongoing trainings
Daily education phone calls/follow up
Maintaining trainings calendar
Creating/updating Zoom sessions
Creating/updating automated emails
Updating necessary dates within the management systems
Assisting developing workflows/tips creating PowerPoint presentations/videos/material for classes/courses/ webinars/Learning Management System
Assist developing new training sessions/services & ways to improve these
Additional projects as needed
REQUIREMENTS
3 years recent directly relevant experience including:
Tech skills: Applied EPIC MS Office 365 HubSpot (or similar)
Ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks/deadlines effectively
Experience meeting deadlines/handling urgent requests
Strong work ethic wellorganized technology savvy
