Are you a leader with a passion for quality control and team development We are working with a toptier B2B solution provider to recruit a Manager of QC and Training for their office in Bogot Colombia. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee both quality control and training departments while driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

What Youll Do:
- Lead & Guide Teams: Oversee the QC and Training departments ensuring tasks are effectively assigned and review processes for continuous improvement.
- Ensure Compliance & Effectiveness: Monitor program effectiveness meet regulatory standards and identify areas for enhancement.
- Drive Quality Improvements: Develop and implement quality processes analyze trends and implement service improvements.
- Manage Performance & Budget: Oversee the performance feedback and budget management for QC and Training staff ensuring adherence to standards.
- Reporting & Communication: Approve reports present updates and address complex cases effectively.
- Proactive Planning: Assist in creating review plans and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Recruitment & Development: Oversee recruitment training and performance management of QC and Training teams.
What Were Looking For:
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Quality Management Educational Training or a related field (Masters preferred).
- Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in quality management training or leadership (e.g. ISO 9001 Certified Trainer).
- Experience: Extensive experience in QC training and leadership roles preferably in iGaming or similar industries.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of quality standards training methodologies and industry regulations; proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Leadership & Strategy: Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a focus on strategic planning and continuous improvement.
- Adaptability: Resilient and adaptable in managing challenges and leading crossfunctional projects.
