The Opportunity
The Electrician(Journeyman) will perform electrical power distribution and telecom installations for various wireless industry applications. Requires frequent travel within New England states (CT ME MA NH RI and VT).
Responsibilities
- Install AC/DC power distribution systems for wireless equipment.
- Perform electrical installations including conduit wiring terminations and trenching.
- Troubleshoot and test electrical equipment.
- Travel to various job sites for construction and installation.
Requirements
- Required Electrical License: Must possess and maintain a valid Master or Journeyman electricians license in the state of employment.
- Continuing Education: Must complete all mandatory code courses and continuing education requirements for license renewal.
- Telecommunications Experience: Minimum of 13 years of experience in telecommunications construction preferred.
- Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong Work Ethic: Selfmotivated individual with a strong work ethic attention to detail and adaptability to changing work conditions.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to read interpret and follow instructions manuals blueprints specifications and other technical documents related to electrical equipment.
- Multitasking Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
