You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a worldly person with a winning track record to join our elite team in our Strategic Business Services group. The Sales Analyst will act as a sophisticated consultant for the Sales teams. This will include (but is not limited to) providing insightful recommendations based on sound evaluation and analysis on Business Cases Business Reviews Scorecards and developing customer relationships through Operational Reviews with Customers. You will be expected to take the lead on these initiatives and be responsible for ensuring that the proper process is adhered to. Previous sales experience is not essential since our onboarding training and purposebuilt sales tools put new team members on the fast track. This role reports to the Business Intelligence Manager.
Responsibilities
Create insightful Business Cases Reviews and Scorecards
Be able to build an understanding of the current state of the customer in terms of collisions/claims/incidents and the cost associated to it.
Facilitate the process of revenue transformation and ROI analysis for prospects and existing clients.
Support Customer Operational Reviews to understand and communicate the effectiveness of the program internally and externally to the customers
Assist in the development of analytical dashboards & process optimization
Create compelling sales stories
Utilize industry client and product knowledge to proactively find ways to support the new sale expansion and the renewal of accounts.
Qualifications
PostSecondary education with a background in Business
You have a curious mind and love digging in for answers
Ability to understand and follow processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with Keynote (Mac software) is an asset
Ability to effectively manage numerous projects simultaneously & carry out assigned projects with minimal supervision.
Superior verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
23 years business experience is preferred
High level of business maturity willingness to learn & ability to speak with senior level executives
Please note that this role requires 4 days in office and Friday is work from home. The office is located in the Don Mills area.
