Job Description
- Create and maintain content for Garage ILLA APP
- Ensure that Garage ILLA APP contains accurate comprehensive and highquality information.
- Quality check Garage ILLA APP Products photos description and item pricing to ensure that information is accurate.
- Actively interact and support the purchasing team and account management to adhere to requests.
- Accurately input data into databases and maintain data integrity
- Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies
- Update and maintain database records
- Perform regular data cleaning and quality assurance tasks
- Ensure data confidentiality and security
- Assist in creating reports and data summaries as needed
- Adhere to data entry policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a data entry specialist
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in data entry and data management software/tools
- Ability to handle large volumes of information and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Content Creation is a PLUS
