Lead daily operations across the region overseeing sales technical customer support and office functions.
Coordinate team efforts to ensure alignment with regional goals and company policies.
Drive regional sales growth working closely with the Sales Manager and Marketing team to identify new opportunities.
Manage the training and performance of regional staff.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of escalated issues.
Ensure efficient allocation and utilization of resources including vehicles and equipment.
Serve as the primary liaison between the region and National HQ providing regular reports on operational performance and challenges.
Ensure all operations comply with company policies and legal regulations.
KPIs:
Regional sales growth compared to previous quarters.
Customer satisfaction rating across services delivered.
Operational costefficiency within the allocated regional budget.
Team performance including productivity adherence to policies and overall engagement.
