Job Description
This position is paid an hourly rate for all hours worked plus a daily rate and an activitybased bonus payment. The activitybased bonus payment is the sum of your eligible activity pay less your base hourly earnings for the week.
Position details:
- Schedule: SundayFriday
- Start Time: 6AM 12PM
- Shift: 1214 hours
- Drivers will reset at home Sat/Sun
- $18 per hour
- Holiday pay per day: $200
- Yearly 0.01cpm increases until the driver maxes out at 0.49cpm
- $15 per hour safety training
- Drop and Hook
ACTIVITYBASED BONUS COMPONENTS
- Cent per mile rate: $0.47$0.49
- Stop pay: $20 per stop
- Safety training: $15 per hour
- New hire training period: $300 per day
- Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $90000
- Frequent home time
- Onsite management
- Paid online orientation
Requirements:
- 21 years of age
- Class A CDL
- Must have 1 year of safe Driving since completing an SAP program
- Pass hair and urine drug test
