Job Description
As a Management Intern in Project Management you will have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced Project Managers to gain handson experience in the entire project lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone passionate about learning project management fundamentals with an eye for detail and who thrives in a collaborative fastpaced environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Support: Assist Project Managers in planning coordinating and executing projects across various departments. Help in preparing project documentation reports and presentations as required.
2. Tracking and Reporting: Support in tracking project progress including deadlines milestones and deliverables. Prepare regular updates and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
3. Data Analysis and Research: Conduct research and gather relevant data to support project decisionmaking. Assist in analyzing data and providing insights to support project planning and management.
4. Administrative Tasks: Support in scheduling meetings organizing files/documents and ensuring project resources are maintained. Assist with other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Management or a related field.
Skills: Strong communication skills both written and verbal; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) Research skills.
Soft Skills: Detailoriented organized and eager to learn; team player with a collaborative mindset.
Interest in Project Management
Required Skills: Well versed with web technologies both front end and back end 2+ years experience in web technologies like React JS, Node JS, typescript Should have good experience with database like Mongodb Should have good knowledge of web architecture design Experience in scalable development and deployment of web apps on Azure or AWS Should have good experience in executing projects into web Should have good problem solving skills Should be able to do estimates Should have good experience into requirement gathering Should have prior experience in team management Open and willing to learn and grasp new technologies Knowledge of Azure/Dev-ops will be added advantage Take ownership of assigned tasks.. Be proactive and take keen interest in grabbing opportunities. Fluent in verbal and written communication Good to Have Skills: Experience with MSSQL/ MySQL Experience ASP.NET, c# Development experience with any 3D toolkits Preferred Qualification: Bachelor s degree, Masters preferred in Computer Science
