Job Description
Hardware Project Manager
Redmond Washington United States (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop track and manage project budgets plans timelines and scope.
- Oversee and allocate project resources including recruiting motivating coaching and advising team members.
- Collaborate closely with functional project teams to define business requirements system architecture and engineering development plans.
- Facilitate communication among crossfunctional teams across multiple layers of computing systems.
- Ensure adherence to proper systems development and project management processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering preferred).
- 4 years of experience as a Project Manager or R&D Engineering Manager.
- Proven experience with ADO (Azure DevOps) for at least 2 4 years.
- Experience in hardware firmware or software project management
- Handson experience with test and measurement equipment.
- Hardware product development experience.
- Expertise with Microsoft tools including JAMA PowerPoint Word Excel and Project.
- Ability to adapt and exercise sound judgment in dynamic highpressure environments.
- Demonstrated capability to learn business processes quickly and collaborate effectively across different organizational levels.
- Experience delivering technology solutions in largescale multiplatform systems environments.
